Free estimates are offered in good faith and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the space, subfloor, and materials.

The project photographs on this site show real work by Pires Flooring. The Pires Flooring name, logo, mascot, text, and images are our property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Any warranty on completed flooring work is provided separately as part of your project agreement. These website Terms do not create or replace that warranty.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
